Owning A Successful Beauty Business
In this episode I share my journey of starting a successful beauty business. By the time I started my business I was getting married and realized that there was a lack of makeup artists that could provide makeup for darker skin tones so I decided to start offering that for weddings.
One of the fun parts of my business is to observe and be part of different cultural wedding customs like in India where some brides get married in a white dress or in other parts where they wear traditional dresses and heavy jewellery.
I am also very much focused on personal development as well, I cultivate a success mindset. That's why I believe it is so important to train your employees and empower them.
One of the most exciting moments for me was when I could scale my business we now have around 100 - 150 events per year.
